From the New York Times bestselling author of the Ethan Frost novels—Ruined, Addicted, and Exposed—comes the sultry tale of a young woman searching for a bit of control . . . and the powerful new boss who makes her go wild. Originally released as a five-part serial, this eBook bundle collects the complete saga from beginning to end: a sizzling affair loaded with desire, seduction, betrayal, and dark romance.
My name is Aria Winston. I’ve fought desperately to escape the seedy underbelly of Las Vegas. Now I’m on my own, in control of my own life and my own destiny . . . just the way I like it. Until Sebastian Caine changes everything.
Working as a cocktail waitress at one of Vegas’s hottest five-star casinos means putting up with a ton of bad behavior from the big spenders. But it pays the bills—and that’s all that matters to Aria, who needs every last dollar to escape from her father’s destructive grasp and the brutal man he expects her to marry. But when she lashes out against a billionaire who won’t take no for an answer, she nearly loses everything—until Sebastian steps in. The owner’s son and handpicked successor, Sebastian is dark, sexy, and kinder than any rich man should be. And when he apologizes and offers to keep her job safe, Aria can’t help the way her body reacts to his. Suddenly her job, and the security it brings her, isn’t the only thing Aria wants.

Sebastian Caine and Aria Winston are not two people you would normally put into a relationship. The way they found each other is probably more than anyone would ever hope for, but when your boss’s boss’s boss tells you that you can keep your job, you would be smart to be like Aria and graciously accept that offer.
Sebastian left Vegas a long time ago and never wanted to return. A series of strokes for his father meant he had to come back and take over the family business - which just so happened to be one of the biggest casinos in Las Vegas.
Aria left her family, but couldn’t go far from Vegas because she wanted to be close to her sister. She gave up everything she once had and lives hand to mouth as a cocktail waitress in the high roller’s section of Sebastian’s casino.
This was a very quick read - in fact I finished the entire series (five books) in less than 3 days. I enjoyed the feelings that this book gave me. I loved the characters and the give and take they both had to endure. This book is chalked full of secrets and I couldn’t wait to get to the next one each time so I could learn more and more about them.
I thought that Ms. Wolff did a wonderful job ending this book. The quote was perfect:
“Tell me, Aria. How much does control mean to you? How far will you go to get it?”
I couldn't wait to get to the next book and see exactly how she answered him!
Play Me #2: Play Me Hot by Tracy Wolff
5 out of 5 stars
Because this book is part of a serial, the author has some special ways to get ideas out and share information with the reader without really sharing information with the reader. For instance, in this book she has Sebastian thinking to himself about how he’s treating Aria during a makeout session. His thoughts really show the reader where the story is likely going without really going too far.
No hard enough to hurt, not yet.
It’s great foreshadowing and kept me on pins and needles through the entire series waiting to see what crazy stuff would come next.
Sebastian finds himself in a position I don’t think he’s really ever been in with another woman. He wants to control Aria, but he feels the need to cuddle and comfort her at the same time. It’s almost cute how much he struggles with the balance of control and comfort. (((It makes him very endearing to me as a reader.)))
And at the same time, Aria is confused by Sebastian’s antics as well. She questions how he can be two different men - one who is aggressive and forceful, totally about control versus the one who wants to cherish her and make sure she is cared for.
The character development is amazing!

My notes in my Kindle for this book cracked me up when I went back to look at them to write this review. Here’s just a couple of samples of what I typed up while reading:
** Holy Batman!!!
** Ummmm. No Way!
This book is full of secrets that are starting to be revealed. It also provides a great deal more information on the characters as individuals and makes them a little more real to me as a reader.
Sebastian and Aria play a game in the beginning of the book that is sort of a “Get to Know You” kind of game. I loved it because I really felt like I better understood both of them despite the fact they were still hiding some very HUGE things from each other and me.
There’s also other history for the characters and information that helps me better identify with them, BUT the author left out just enough details to make me crazy with need to keep reading and find out what the heck happens next!
Play Me #4: Play Me Real by Tracy Wolff
3 ½ out of 5 stars
I liked this book, but the changes in Aria made me just a little more unhappy than the others in the series before it. Huge things are shared in this book and they all come from Sebastian. Aria still refuses to tell him her secrets and she leaves him at his weakest without explaining.
As for Sebastian, I really fell in love with him all the more after this book. He really opened his heart and shared everything with Aria. The story he had to share was so crazy and so sad that I just wanted to climb in my Kindle and hug him tight.
The sex was super hot in this installment. The characters were still deep, but something was just lacking in this one for me to really buy into it. However, I still couldn’t wait to get to book 5 and see what happens next.
Play Me #5: Play Me Right by Tracy Wolff
5 out of 5 stars
The beginning of this book just confirmed how frustrated I was with Aria because she left him like she did. I couldn’t believe that she used his dominance as an excuse to flee. There is so much more to her story than she’s sharing with him and it’s making me crazy. They both admit to loving each other, but they’re both too stubborn or some other unknown emotion to just feel it and share it with each other. They keep walking away when they should be leaning on the other.
Sebastian has some serious growth in this novel as well as some serious pitfalls. He handles everything so well and comes out on top. One of my favorite times he was thinking in this book was while making love to Aria.
And that’s when it hits me, what I wanted to teach Aria all along but what I had never internalized myself. Control doesn’t have to be about power any more than losing control has to be about weakness.
Aria and Sebastian both grow by leaps and bounds in this book and really find what they've been looking for. Though their story isn’t exactly complete, I feel really good about where they are at in the end.
Though I can’t wait to see how Ethan Frost (Sebastian’s best friend) and Sebastian team up in the next book in Ethan’s story -- though I haven’t read the others so I better get on that first!
