A muse. Me. The motorcycle riding, ass-kicking, concert t-shirt wearing chick from Las Vegas, is a world-renowned French artist’s muse. For a month.
I had no idea when I took the escort job with Exquisite Escorts I would be standing naked in front of a blank canvas in a Seattle warehouse.
“Love on Canvas” he calls his exhibit, a combination of photographic stills and paint entwined to create the most awe-inspiring pieces the world will ever see. Except every last one of them features me and a moment in time where I was vulnerable.
Alec Dubois played on those vulnerabilities, teaching me lessons about love and life that would stay with me through the rest of my days.

When I finished January’s book I had no clue how
Audrey Carlan could follow it up. I was dead set on Mia being with Wes. Hands down he was it for her to me. My heart absolutely
broke when she left him. I understand why Mia wanted to do this for her and
family. She is independent and needed to prove she could do this and move on.
Well, let me tell you after reading February, I
am blown away with how much I loved Alec Dubois. Audrey Carlan you did an
amazing job with this book. Alec was so
good for Mia. He opened her eyes up to a world she did not know and a love she
will never forget.
Mia grew so much in this book. She learned to
love herself, work through her emotions, and how to love others. She became comfortable
in her skin. I loved how she realized she could love them all in her own way
and let them in. “Frinchie’s” explication
‘how love comes in many forms and could be different for each person’ had me
swooning. When he told her, he did love her and would have the memories of her
when she left had me sniffling.
Alec Dubois won me over quickly with his quirks. He
was such a hoot when during parts of the book. This man was set in his ways.
But slowly Mia worked her way under his skin to where when she left he would
miss her as much as he missed her. And the way he cared for Mia had me swooning
form the get go.
Oh, and when this man spoke French! I was a goner.
I think I loved Alec as much as Mia did.
The ending when she opened her gift from Alec was
absolutely perfect.
I am curious if Audrey will have Wes call Mia in
each book. I absolutely adore him and I am secretly praying she ends up with
Wes in the end. Though Audrey could have Alec, call Mia in March and I would
probably swoon as well.
Can I have March now? I really needed it! LOL
