Afternoon Delight by Piper Rayne was just that a great afternoon delight read. One cannot help but laugh as they read one of Piper Rayne's books. The humor is always perfectly laced throughout the book. Their writing style is flawless you truly cannot tell when one of them stops and the other starts writing.

One thing I love most about Piper Rayne's books is that if you read their other work you get sprinkled with a dash of their other characters throughout their books. It just makes you smile to get that future glimpse into so many of your favorites lives.

But if this is your first book by them you do not feel left hanging or as you missed something. They make sure the characters fit into each scene and that you do not feel like you must read their other work. You should because one truly needs to see Lennon in all her glory but that is my personal opinion.

This book is all about second chances and finding love at the right time in life when you and your ex-have grown up. The issue is can the heart really get over being broken and damaged from that bad boy you once knew and let the man love you.

Dean Bennett and Chelsea Walsh had chemistry to boot. That push and pull was hot to read. The problem was that was Chelsea's heart had been broken by Dean and even though he had cleaned up and was trying to prove he was a better man she just could not truly forgive him or could she.

If you are looking for a fun, quick read that will leave you with a smile on your face with an alpha male that will make you swoon as he wins his girl back this is a book you should one-click.
