HOLY MIND TRIP!! I loved every second of this mind blowing experience!!
This is my first book by Author Lily White and it most certainly will not be my last. I loved how she kept me completely wrapped up in the mind of the heroine Alice Beaumont. It was a crazy ride and by the ending, I had figured out a good portion of the book, some aspects still took me by surprise.
If there ever was a book that needed its own movie this is it. It would keep the viewer completely wrapped up until the very last moment.
The way Lily White described Alice Beaumont, Maximilian Frost, and Dr. Chance was spot on. I pictured all three characters each time they came into play.
By the end of this story, I was so consumed with every last detail that I did not see a twist coming. Then BAM! My mouth gapped open.
Well done Lily White. Well done. It is rare that I do not see all the pieces of a puzzle when I am reading a story and you got me!
