This was a very quick read and I enjoyed the story of Bonnie and Dean. I liked the way fate seemed to play a big role in this novel (novella?). The story, however, felt very rushed to me. I know that quick relationships happen and that people like to read about them, but this story really made me feel like the author was rushing everything. They knew each other a week -- though they'd both been fantasizing about the other for a lot longer -- and he's ready to commit forever.

"This is a first and hopefully a last. Not meaning that I'd never do it for her again. Just that, it'll be her and only her that I'll romance for the rest of my life."

And though this scene and those words were definitely swoon-worthy, I just didn't buy the pace that their relationship took.

It was a very quick read for me and I enjoyed the way the characters interacted and I liked the way they deeply cared for each other. I just wish they would have taken things a little slower and had more of a little "r" relationship before they jumped into the big "R" kind where they were living together and in "love."
