If you were like me, you had been wanting to get your hands on this book ever since Lani Lynn Vale had introduced you to Bourne Pena and Delanie Davidsdottir. You just knew they were meant to be together even though they were not together.
Man oh, man did LLV love to tease me with these two!! I was laughing and cursing her during this book with the push and pull that Bourne and Delanie had. It as so stinking good. Delanie's personality was so different from her sisters and I loved that about her.
Sweet mother! Bourne was sexier than his brother. I mean that scene in the dark! Hello Bourne. Then he had this super tender side that would melt me right along with Delanie. I just adored him so.
Towards the end of this book, I was totally team Bourne all the way. I was irritated with everyone and but Bourne. Everyone else redeemed themselves but I love how Bourne finally did something for himself. This book had the perfect ending. I loved it!
If you are like me with clues you totally caught some nuggets Lani left us throughout this book. I was laughing and squeeing with excitement. I know Bourne was thrilled.
