Leo and Gemma are too cute. I love their story and it amazes me how these two authors can bring a story so full circle - happy, funny, sexy and strong! I laughed out loud so many times while reading. I even couldn’t help myself from a snort or two.
Leo is our fourth Mavericks player to get a book and though he might be the last, his story is certainly as good as his teammates. I missed the “extras” (or previous Max Monroe favs), but his Aunt Alma (or Nonna as he calls her) made up for the missing Thatch and Cassie! (Can you imagine if they were ever together - let the crazy begin!!)
This story will take you on a complete journey and one that I can’t imagine anyone not loving. The story is told in dual points of view and can literally make you laugh until tears are coming out of your eyes. Then there’s just the fantastic way that Leo loves Gemma. I can’t believe how much I wanted to be her!
