This is my first book by Sarah O'Rourke and I am now hooked. She has instantly become a one-click author with Until Sunrise. I loved this book so much. The humor in this book had me rolling with laughter page after page.
When this book ended I pouted like a child. I could not get enough of Michelle 'Chelle' Buchanan and Luka Templeton. These two were the perfect BOOM couple. Luka with his "You are mine," attitude and Chelle with her "Have you lost your ever-loving mind your sexy beast," sass she gave him was spot on. I really wish we received a little longer epilogue.
Luka Templeton is one fine specimen. It took 1.2 seconds for Chelle's to notice him. I laughed so hard at their first encounter. Pour Chelle's babbled away and could not stop her word vomit if she wanted to. And Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome drank in every last word she spilled.
Luka's nickname for Chelle fit her perfectly. She was his Hummingbird. From the moment he introduced himself to the moment she finally realized that she did have feelings for him. Chelle's either babbled or fidgeted constantly. Her traits are what I loved most about her. She was who she was no matter what.
This is probably one of the best books I have read this year. It checked so many of my must-have boxes. I look forward to reading more books by this author.
