This book tore me apart, and not even in a good exiting way. But in a, I feel my world implode kind of way.
There is nothing basic or cookie cutter about this student/teacher book. There is nothing even remotely scandalous. All I could feel was the soul crushing love that tethered these two characters, who have to endure more than anyone ever should, to even have a glimmer of a shot at happily ever after.
