He knows that pain makes you stronger…
Wolf isn’t always a good person, and he doesn’t hesitate to say what’s on his mind.
He is who he is, and he doesn’t offer apologies.
He isn’t out to impress anyone, and he doesn’t make excuses for his actions.
She knows that fear makes you braver…
Raven has made some bad decisions, and she’d give anything to go back in time and choose a different path.
The reality is that she can’t go back, and the day Wolf walks into her life, she finally realizes that maybe she doesn’t want to.
Wolf is everything she’s ever wanted, and the exact opposite of what she needs.
They both know heartbreak makes you wiser…
Wolf knows that this is not a good idea. There are a million reasons—all of them bad—telling him exactly why he should stay away.
But when Raven’s nightmares burst out of her dreams and into her reality, he doesn’t have a choice anymore.
He has to protect her, while somehow protecting his battered heart.

I feel like I write the same thing every time I review one of Ms Vale’s books -- IT WAS AMAZING! I have waited a long time for Wolf’s book since he has been a part of so many of the others in this series and even other series. I can say that I was definitely not disappointed with what I read!!!

I can’t even imagine what Raven went through in her ordeal with Jenson, but knowing she left Wolf because she was trying to save him was heartbreaking...luckily that didn’t last long because she found her lucky with Wolf...and she hoped for the luck to go with her everywhere:

If I could make his beard into my lucky rabbit’s foot and hang it from my keychain, you wouldn’t find my hand empty with all the good luck rubbing I’d be doing.

I love the way that Ms Vale plays her stories out. There is always drama and there is always sexy times, but there is also chemistry and protection and humor (like above) and flat out love. Wolf and Raven’s story is not different. I enjoyed watching their relationship play out and seeing Wolf finally get the love everyone deserves. And, of course, he had the perfect words to go with this love he was given:

"I'm going to give you everything I have to give, and then I'm going to pull out more. I'm going to drown you in me, and make it physically impossible for you to ever leave me. You're mine just as I'm yours, and I'll never let you forget that. Not for the next hundred years."

I can’t wait to see what Ms Vale comes up with next because I have loved absolutely everything of hers I’ve read!
